Grant from Sabella verch Howell Gruffyth, widow, relict of Thomas ap Hugh ap Eingian, lately dec., one of the free tenants of the Lady the Queen of the town and liberty of Pullhely, to Thomas ap John Wynne and Henry ap Humffrey, gent's, of the capital m. commonly called y Ty dann y Coed, in which the grantor dwells, lying within the town and liberty of Pullhely aforesaid, in the commote of Gafflogion, co.
