Grant from Sabella verch Howell Gruffyth, widow, relict of Thomas ap Hugh ap Eingian, lately dec., one of the free tenants of the Lady the Queen of the town and liberty of Pullhely, to Thomas ap John Wynne and Henry ap Humffrey, gent's, of the capital m. commonly called y Ty dann y Coed, in which the grantor dwells, lying within the town and liberty of Pullhely aforesaid, in the commote of Gafflogion, co. Caern., to be held of the chief lords of the fee thereof by the customary renders and services to the use of the said Sabella during her life, with remainder in succession to her sons John ap Thomas ap Hugh and William ap Thomas ap Hugh and their heirs for ever, with remainder to Robert ap Owen, Rudderch and Jane verch Owen ap Rudderch, with remainders over to the right heirs of the grantor.
