Brec., to carry a brook called Afon y blayne bach to Ka David Vaughan to water and improve the lands of Roger Powell of Llaneliw, 1686; a m. and land called Kae David Bevan, Y Worlod yssa, y Kae glass, Kae lloyn, and Y Skoder, p. Llaneliew, co. Brec.; two m's called Tuy and tyr Evan Phillips Evan and Tuy yn Godre Llanerch y werne dduy in Glasbury, 1711; the house called Hay Castle and fields called Kae Mawr and Kae Bach, p. Hay, co. Brec., 1725; and houses and lands in Velindre, p. Glasbury, including the inn called The Three Shoes, 1762-1914.
