Nine notebooks, [1970s-1980s], of Francis Llewellyn Powys mostly relating to the proposed publication of John Cowper Powys's letters and diaries. They contain draft letters (many addressed to representatives of Laurence Pollinger Ltd, literary agents, London), a short biography, with bibliography, of John Cowper Powys (ff. 153-166), draft poetry, personal accounts and rough memoranda. Most of the notebooks contain rough sketches and drawings, mainly depicting female figures.
