Feoffment in consideration of £50 paid by Peter Gwillims of Westminster, corviser, son of the said David Gwillim Powell, of a m. and tmt wherein the latter dwells called Coed Merch y da, p. Glascomb, co. Rad., with all buildings, lands, etc., thereto pertaining in p's Glascomb and Llansanfred in Elvell, co. Rad., to the following uses, viz., one moiety of the m., etc. to the said David Gwillim Powell and Margaret, his wife, for life, and thereafter to the said Peter Gwillims, and the other moiety to the said David ap Gwillim Powell for life, and thereafter to the said Peter Gwillims.
