Writer tells of a claim by Prichard and his wife to the whole estate of Corn Hwrdd and Llwyn Evan, [p. Llangennech]. 1725, April 4. John Jones to John Flemine, Llwyn Evan. Arrangements to counter the raising of rents on farms in [p. Llangennech] by Mr. Lloyd of Peterwell. 1725, Dec. 13. Rich[ar]d Deakin to Jo[h]n Fleming, Llwyn Evan. Has heard of the death of his uncle [John] Fleming of Llwyn-evan and requests information concerning his affairs. 1735, Nov. 22. John Jones at Carmarthen to Lewis Lloyd at the Three Pidgeons in King Street, Westminster. Answer to the above letter. Mr. Fleming died in poor circumstances having conveyed lands in p. Llangennech to writer. His estate in co. Glamorgan however should satisfy recipient. 1737, July 26. Griff Hughes at Carmarthen to Arthur Price, Dyffrin. Letter accompanying mortgage deeds with instructions as to their completion. 1737, Aug. 1. Griff Hughes to Arthur Price, Dyffrin. Writer is obliged to go to Hereford. If Lloyd and his wife will travel to Llandilo, writer will meet them there and inspect the documents. 1737, Aug. 4. Griff Hughes, Carmarthen, to Arthur Price, Dyffrin. Business matters. 1740, May 1. [ ], Llanelly to 'Brother', [ ]. Co[u]s[in] Billy Jones desires his father to send horses for him to Rose Crowther. 1794, Feb. 8. R[ichar]d J[ones] Llwyd, Pantglas, [p. Llanfynydd], [ ]. Business concerning the canal. [ ], Monday. Jo[h]n Jones to his Bro: [ ]. Informs recipient of the death of Bro. Griffies the previous night. He is to be interred the following Thursday. [ ]. [ ] To [ ]. Regarding depositions of witnesses at Llanelly concerning Corn Hwrdd, [p. Llangennech].
