The series comprises papers deriving specifically from the administration of hound shows, including accounts, bills and receipts for show equipment, prizes and services, 1922-1932; printed show catalogues and schedules of prizes, 1922-1947; combined show and general reports, 1922-1932; certificates, other papers relating to entries, judging and showground organisation, 1923-1925; and relevant letters, 1923-1932.

The series comprises mainly letters, [1925]-1982, from hunt secretaries, organisations and private individuals, frequently accompanied by copies of letters and circulars despatched by the Association, concerning membership and subscriptions, meetings, hound inspections, registrations, entries and orders for the stud book, the annual hound show administration, kennel management, hunting anecdotes, breed criteria and Association rules; together with relevant registration forms, pedigrees, inspection results, lists of hounds entered for the stud book, show schedules, accounts, bills and receipts.
