Monmouth; a messuage called the Lloynee in the parishes of Lantillio Pertholey and Abergavenny, co. Monmouth; three closes of arable land called Maes y Menich Vawr in the parish of Abergavenny; a dwelling house, malt house, etc., in the town of Abergavenny; the manor or lordship of Loyney, one other messuage, a capital messuage called the Niarth, a barn and several parcels of land, two messuages called Lloyney Mawr and Lloyney Bach, a parcel of rough ground called Coed Mawr, and a messuage and several parcels of land including one close of meadow called Gworloed Newith, all in the parish of Saint Michael Cwm du, co. Brecon; parcels and closes of land in the parish of Lanvilloi, co. Brecon. The said property was conveyed to the second party hereto for the benefit of the creditors of the first party.
