Original bundle of deeds and papers relating to an exchange of lands in the parishes of Roath and Cardiff, Glamorgan, between John, viscount Mountstuart, and John Morgan of Tredegar, esq. The land comprises 21 a. of Ruperra estate land near Whitefriars and Cathays, given to Mountstuart in exchange for 39 a. of Cardiff estate land, largely adjoining Pengam House, given to John Morgan. Both the lease and release contain maps of the lands exchanged, and one of the papers is a map.
