Deed to Lead the Uses of a Fine (agreed to be levied by 1) of the Vailallt estate, comprising the capital m. called Vailallt, messuages called Rhysgogucha, Rhysgogissa and Rhysgogganol, a cottage in Llanddewybrevy, a field called Llainpenybank, messuages called Cappell Gwinville, Danlan, Pentrellanaucha, Tyrbach, Pistillgwynne, Glanbreninfawr, Glanbreninfach, Caegof, Pentrefwlen, Pantytrallwm, fields called Caewilvey alias Llainwainygy and Caebachy yvelin, fields, part of Glanbreninfawr intermixed in a farm called Godeyr garth, one fourth part of a messuage called Cenfas, a field near Llanddewy brevy village, messuages called Abertridwr, Blaentwrch, Cefncoed, fields called Dolefawr, fields intermixed in a tmt, called Penthol, a cottage in Caron village, a garden in Landewy brevy, a moiety of a messuages called Aberhacca, all in parishes Llanddewybrevy and Caron, two thirds of messuages called Llyest-y-bedw, Pentrelan and Cefn neilallt, all in p. Llanfairclydogy and two thirds of messuages called Vachddu, p. Llanfair Clydogeu, aforesaid and Kellan. Recites that T.J. now decd., had previously bought the estate of John Adams and E.A. had not joined in the conveyance, but now agrees to join in levying a fine to bar dower to which she might become entitiled in survivorship [see nos. 63-64]. Consideration: £400 by T.J. the younger to trustees (appointed by E.A. for her sole use). [cf. no. 110].
