Denbigh, called ffrith Aden a messuage in the same place called tyddyn y graig and Llettu'r Mansier, closes and parcels in Ereithlyn called Y tu ucha, closes or parcels to the said messuage belonging called Erw'r Llwyfan, Cae gwdin alias Cae gwydyn, Cae tan y Tu, Cae yn y Drws, cae yn y Coed, y Dryll cam, Cae Meili, y Dalar ucha, Cae Rhwth Issa, Cae Rhwth Ucha, yr Henfaes, y ffrith nesa'r Henfaes, y Dryll Banadl, y Fron and Pant Scellog a messuage in the township of Trebwll in the parish of Llan St ffraid aforesaid, co. Denbigh, called Tu Mawr yn y Llan and closes or parcels to the said messuage belonging called Cae yn Drws, Caes glas, Maen llwyd ucha, Erw Banner, Cae yn y Coed, Llwyni bychain, Erw'r ffos, Erw'r Pistill, Cae'r Canhwyllwr, Cae Trim y Garnedd, ffrith Issa, ffrith Ucha, Cae crwn, Cae tan y Celyn, Maen llwyd tan y ffordd, y Ddol bach, The Orchard, y Fron fawr and y Ddol bach with the cottage called tu Celyn which said parcels were situated in the townships of Tre'r Llan and Trebwll in the parish of Llan St. ffraid aforesaid.
