Writ commanding Thomas Wynne and Edward Foulkes to comply with the court's decree in a suit between Henry Wynne, plaintiff, and Thomas Wynne, an infant, by his guardian, Edward Foulkes, Susan wife of Edward Foulkes, and Foulk Lloyd defendants, and a counter suit by Thomas Wynne, an infant, by Edward Foulkes, gent, his guardian plaintiff, against Henry Wynne, gent., Foulk Lloyd, esq., Dorothy Wynne and Edward Peirce gent, defendants, concerning the estate of Robert Wynne, the said Henry's father, and the said Thomas's grandfather.
