Biographical history
David E. D. Evans (1875-1951) of Cardiff, was an industrial journalist. He became editor of the South Wales Journal of Commerce in 1926. He wrote a book on the life of D. A. Thomas, Viscount Rhondda, in 1919, as well as a number of articles.
