Covenants, with mutual bonds for the payments of £40 at Michaelmas next, for the observance of the division of certain lands, viz. the said Wilhiam Morys has to his art and his brothers, part the land of Rewe Vawr and Erew Trayhern, and the mill pool at Rygelyn; and the said Wilhiam ap Rees has to his part and to his brothers' part the land of Gwilhym ap David ap Eynan, the land of Ievan Dye ap Ievan Patrike, the land of Ryd y meyrch, the land of Greke Bar', the land of Ievan Brechuea, and also one acre of land by Lanyhangell Kynris; also that Wilhiam ap Rees has Morys ap Eynan's part of the wood of Brynmaban, upon annual payment to the King of 2 1/2d.; and also other lands, pledged and not pledged, that fall to them by the death of Evan vergh David ap Eynan.
