Covenant For Title to a parcel of land and two dwelling houses in p. Llangower, co. Mer. from Griffith Jones of Graienyn near Bala, saddler, to Charles Parry of Bala, cloth manufacturer, following a deed of even date whereby the premises were granted by the covenantor at the request of Caleb David Watson of Liverpool, Lancashire, shipbroker, to the covenantee, to be held by him in trust for the separate use of Margaret Watson, wife of the said Caleb, for life, with remainder to the use of the said Caleb for life, with remainder to the survivor of them, his or her heirs.
