"Devises and bequeaths" a house and premises with a shop adjoining in Pier St. Aberystwyth to his cousin Hugh Jones; a leasehold house and premises in Darkgate St. Aberystwyth adjoining the Gaol to Mary Jones for her life only; a bequest to the Mayor and Corporation of Aberystwyth and the vicar of p. Llanbadarn towards the foundation of a Boys' School in Aberystwyth with the proviso that teaching of the Welsh language be excluded; numerous bequests to relatives and others.
