Contemporary Transcript, with annotations, of a case of scandalum magnatum heard before the Court of Exchequer between Charles Gerard, 1st Earl of Macclesfield, plt., and Thomas Starkey, esq., deft., a member of the Cheshire grand jury which had presented the plt. as being disaffected and had recommended that he should be bound over to keep the peace.
