Conditions For Sale by public auction at the Red Lion in the village of Llandebie, co. Carm., on the above date, by commissioners appointed to carry into execution an Act of Parliament for enclosing lands in p's Llanarthney, Llanon, Llandebie and Llanfihangel-Aberbythich, co. Carm., (51 George III) and another Act to amend the same (52 George III), of several parcels of lands intended to be enclosed. Details concerning lot 6, a parcel of ground (19 a.) on the Great Mountain, near Cwmmwyn [p. Llanarthne], adjoining the rail road, sold to David Morgan of Glanrhynis, p. Llandarrog, co. Carm., farmer, for £140, have been inserted. Endorsed : note of contents and note that the premises (referred to as Pantyrorfa) were conveyed to the Kidwelly and Llanelly Canal Co. on 8 Sept. 1834.
