The papers include copies of an agreement between The Soho Clerkenwell and General Industrial Dwellings Company Limited and the Rev. R. E. Morris and others, October 1887, for the building of the church and a copy of a conveyance of the freehold on the property between The London County Council and The Trustees of The Welsh Calvinistic Methodist Connexion, May 1889.
