The file contains material concerning 'The Dream of Private Clitus', consisting of a manuscript introductory note to a reading by David Jones of the work, two manuscript drafts of the introductory note to the printed text (f. 3 dated 3 September 1963), page proofs of the introductory note and the beginning of the text (pp. numbered 79 and 80) and a manuscript note by David Jones explaining the typographical layout of the work, dated 10 Dec. 1961. There are also what appear to be drafts of a letter or letters to Louis Bonnerot. In these drafts David Jones explains various words and passages in the text of 'The Dream of Private Clitus'.
