  1. John Thomas ap Harry of the parish of Kywill [sic] gayo in the commote of Gayo, co. Carmarthen, gent.;. 2. Rees ap Gwilym ap Rees ap Eynon. Bond for the observance of the award of two men learned in the Welsh law, that is, William Horgan Llywelyn ap Gwilym on behalf of the said John and William Grono on behalf of the said Rees, in a dispute touching a tenement of lands called tyre llywelyn gwyn [in No. 569 called tir llwyn Gwyn] in the commote of Gayo aforesaid; the award is to be produced on this side of the next feast of Pentecost; if the arbitrators cannot agree, one of them may give judgement, under the peril of the Welsh law, that is £44, and the other is at liberty to reply.
