Caern., gent., and John Ellis of Pwllheli in the said County, gent., being a bargain and sale of m's or dwelling houses etc., commonly called Plas Newydd in t. Pwllheli and p. Denio, co. Caern, in the occupation of William Williams, gent., Evan Jones, mariner, Catherine Jones, widow, John Jones, mariner, Anne Thomas and Jane Roberts, being two new erected dwelling houses upon part of that m. or dwelling house called Penygongol in the occupation of Henry Lewis and heretofore purchased by Griffith Jones from William Griffith.
