Mer., and (b) Lewis Evan of the same, gent's, and (c) Griffith Evan of Pontfathew, aforesaid, grocer, an infant under 21 years and the only son of Lewis Evan and Catherine, his late wife, dec., who was the eldest daughter of Rice David and Catherine, his late wife, dec. 2 Thomas Evans of Machynlleth, co. Mont., saddler, and Griffith Evans of Tymawr, p. Towyn, co. Mer., yeoman. 3 (A) Mary Rowlands, widow, and (b) Gwen Rowlands, spinster, her second daughter both of Crychnant, p. Towyn, co. Mer. Articles Of Agreement for the pre-nuptial settlement of the estate of the said Griffith Evan of Pontfathew on his intended marriage with the said Gwen Rowlands whereby the property specified in no. 6, and the dwelling house where Thomas Davies formerly lived in the same p. is agreed to be conveyed to 2 in trust to specified uses and subject to specified annuities and charges. Consideration: the intended marriage; £200 from 3a to 1c in lieu of 3b's share of the personal estate of her late father.
