- Anne Williams, widow, and Penelope Williams, spinster, both of Rhydodwynne, co. Carmarthen, two of the executors of the will of Nicholas Williams late of Rhydodin, esq.;. 2. Sir Rice Williams of Rhydodin aforesaid, kt., the other executor of the said will. Articles Of Agreement for the bargain and sale of goods and chattels, debts, credits, and personal estate due or belonging to the said Anne Williams and Penelope Williams as executors of the said will, for the use of their names in actions brought by the said Sir Rice Williams for the recovery of debts due to the executors, for the payment by the said Sir Rice Williams of debts due by the late Nicholas Williams and for the payment of a legacy of £400 bequeathed by the said Nicholas Williams to his younger son John Williams, gent., for the payment by the said Sir Rice Williams to the said Anne Williams and Penelope Williams of £343.6s.8d., for indemnity from costs and charges in suits brought by the said Sir Rice Williams in the name of the executors, and for a general release to the said Anne Williams for her management of the estate of the said Sir Rice Williams during the latter's absence from the realm for a term of two years and more.
