Six volumes of offprints of published archaeological articles and papers, almost all of them by Cyril Fox (some in collaboration with others), with some by Aileen Fox, as well as notes, comments, reviews and letters by Cyril Fox, all taken from archaeological periodicals and other publications. Most of the volumes have been indexed and annotated by Fox, and also include related photographs and press cuttings, as well as letters to him from other archaeologists and historians about the offprints. The periodicals in which the articles were published include: Archaeologia Cambrensis, Bulletin of the Board of Celtic Studies, Cambridge Antiquarian Society Communications, Archaeologia, Man, Antiquity, Proceedings of the Prehistoric Society of East Anglia, The Antiquaries' Journal, Transactions of the Carmarthenshire Antiquarian Society and Field Club, The Archaeological Journal, The Museums Journal, Hampshire Field Club Papers and Proceedings, The Journal of Roman Studies, Proceedings of the British Academy, Proceedings of the Prehistoric Society, Records of Buckinghamshire, The Cambridge Chronicle, The Publications of the Bedford Historical Record Society, Transactions of the Cardiff Naturalists' Society, Yorkshire Celtic Studies, Welsh Housing and Development Yearbook, The Listener and The Western Mail.
