Flint, esq, to John Randles of Penley, co. Flint, gent. (D) Declaration by Thomas Lloyd of Overton, co. Flint, esq., Oct. 22 1740, that the sum of £95 to be paid by the said Thomas Lloyd to the said Thomas Aspinwall and John Dannett according to the terms of (b) were the moneys of the poor of the parish of Overton and that the lands specified were bought for the use of the poor, the money to be distributed annually by persons named. Copy, endorsed to the effect that the original deeds were in the chest in the parish church of Overton.
