The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the English Language Section of the Academi held ultimate responsibility for the management of the Section. As its name suggests, it met once a year and members voted on matters of policy as well as on the election of new members. Administrative and financial reports for the previous year were presented and discussed at the meetings and changes to the Constitution were also brought before the AGM.
