Title deeds for various houses and lands in Pembrokeshire, 1585-1671, including The Hill, Crunwear, 1587; Easterton or Sowther Kyllanowe in Cominwraghe, Amroth, 1609, Upper Trelissye, 1636, Weston Gillanowe, 1655, and other properties in the parishes of Amroth, Crunwear, Ludchurch, Tenby, Whitchurch, etc. They include the pre-nuptial settlement of Maurice Davies of Williamston and Elizabeth Adames of the Morgans, of lands in Poyston, Rudbaxton, Tenby, etc., 1655; assignments of a bond, 1660, and a judgement, 1669/70, relating to monies owed to and by James Lewis of Coedmor; and a conveyance by Anne Lewis of Coedmor [?to trustees], of Parke House, Knightstowne and a tucking mill in Tenby, property in Falsgat town in Begeli, Rickardstowne and Prengwyn in Brawdy and Whitchurch, Rhydgelly in Brawdy, Tarwen in Llandeloy, the manors of Tancredston and Grinton otherwise Penning Grosse [Pen y Gors] in Hayscastle and Brawdy, Trewillan and Gored in St Davids, and further properties of her former husbands, James ap Rice and James Lewis, limited to 7 years for herself and James Phillips of the Priory, 1670/1
