Agreement between Robert Salusbury of Ruge, co. Merioneth, and John Thelwall of Ruthyn Land, on variance on the right to messuages and lands, etc., in the town of Rewbebillt, in the commote of Doggfeilin in the lordship of Deffreyncloyd. Rober Salesbury is to have the premises with appurtenances paying John Thelwall 13s. 4d. p.a. as by an award made by Robert ap Pell Lloid and Gruffith Lloid ap John, dated 8 October 1537. Bargain and Sale accordingly by John Thelwall to Robert Salusbury of the messuages, etc; Robert to make an annual rent of 13s. 4d. issuing out of the premises to John. Signed: Robert Salysbury.
