Agreement between Robert Salusbury and David Lloid ap Robert both of Debilande, between whom there was variance depending in the Council in the Marches of Wales on the title of a messuage called Buttegour and of eight other tenements and lands, meadows, etc., belonging, in the commote of Dynmell, lordship of Denbigh; Robert Salusbury is to have the land to him and his heirs, paying David an annuity of 16s. 8d., both parties to make assurance of the premises as by an order at Ludlow before the said Council 10 November, 1535; the said David is to bargain and sell the premises accordingly to Robert and with Moryce Gethyn to make an estate therein before Purification next, with a clause of warranty against Lewes, Abbot of Commere; the said David shall also indemnify the said Robert for any sum of money to be asked by Gruffith ap Elice, by reason of any bequest made to Gruffith by Rys ap Elice, his brother; the said Robert is to grant before Christmas next to David an annual rent of 16s. 8d. going out of the premises, at Michaelmas.
