Agreement between Charles Salesbury of Bachynbid, co. Denbigh, gent., to William Salesbury of the same, his father. William Salesbury by indenture of even date, for satisfying an annuity of £100 to Charles Salesbury and in consideration of £100 to be paid by William to Charles at Pentecost and St. Andrews Day, has leased for 21 years to Charles all his manor or capital messuage called Bachynbid and messuages thereto belonging, and the two mills called Rydy kilwyn Milnes, with appurtenances, all in co. Denbigh, all messuages, all in co. Denbigh, all messuages, etc., in co. Merioneth, and a mill called Melyn y Wig, co. Merioneth. Now agreed that a tender of 2s. shall revoke the grant. Not executed.
