Abstract Of Marriage Settlement of Herbert Moses of Llanelly, co. Brecon, gent., and Elizabeth Jones, one of the daughters of Sarah Jones and the late Jenkin Jones, yeoman, reciting a lease of 19 September 1752 from Viscount Windsor to Herbert Moses for 99 years, if the said Herbert Moses, Evan Moses, his brother, and Evan Herbert his son, should so long live of the parcels of waste ground called Bryn pwllog, Gwayn y menith and Pen y vedw with all buildings erected thereon, with liberty to dig for mines of coal on the premises at a yearly rent of £15; and also the parcel of land called Brynglaes with liberty to dig for mines of iron ore for the term of 99 years after the death of William Evan or determination of his estate, if the said Herbert Moses, Evan Moses and Evan Herbert should so long live, at a yearly rent of £15; all the aforesaid lands being in the lordship of Senghenith.
