Recites that in Feb. 1794 2 mortgaged lands to 1 for £10,000, that in the same month 2 further mortgaged the premises for £20,000, that 2 had paid back £5,000, that its 1801 2 further mortgaged the premises for £14,000, that 2 had since then paid back £31,000 to 1, that 2 had engaged to sell premises mentioned above and for more conveniently conveying the same to the respective purchasers 2 had requested 1 to exonerate and disharge the same from the principal and interest then remaining due, and to convey the same to 3.
