Brec., m. called Little Llanthomas in p. Hay (4 a.) forming part of Llanigon Farm, piece of meadow land called Tilley Meadow (3 a.) in p. Llanigon (boundaries further described) and also the full use of all the water flowing down Llanigon Brook in p. Llanigon (further conditions specified) and also the liberty to erect weirs, banks and bolts across the said brook for the purpose of irrigating the said lands, and finally the m. known as the Swan Inn (3 a.) in the village of Llanigon in p.
