Recites that in 1751 Humphrey Meredith limited premises to William Williams for 500 years for the uses therein specifie that by the marriage settlement of Meyrick Meredith in 1756 part of the premises were conveyed to trustees for 200 years for the uses therein specified, that M.M. mortgaged part of the premises (demise for 1.00 years) to secure £250, that H.M., by his will charged premises with £2,000, that by various assignments the three terms and the charge became vested in Charles Hawker in trust for Charles Potts, that 1 is the executor of the executor of the executor of C.H., and 2 is the surviving executor of C. P., that all the moneys secured on the premises have long since been paid to C.P., that by various assurances in the law the premises became vested in Anna Maria Wynne who devised the same to 3, in trust to sell.
