Writ to the Sheriff of Denbigh to levy a distress on the goods and Chattels of Robert Wynne of Rhose, co. Denbigh, to satisfy a judgment for debt recovered against him by Peter Griffith, yeoman, in the Court of the Great Sessions held at Wrexham, 28 April. 2 Will and Mary, etc. Ruthin, 27 Sept. 4. W and M. [A.D. 1692]. Together with the return of David Williams, Esqre, Sheriff of Denbigh, to the above writ, showing that the said Robert Wynne was "seised in his demesne as of fee of and in a capital messuage with appurtenances, called Plas yn Rhos in Llanganhaval, same co., etc., and lands therin called Erw r Bottell, y Cae tan y Bottell, y Cae, tan y berllan, and Cae r Bwtth du, etc. Ruthin, 26 Apr. 5 W and M. [A D. 1693]. Twelve small seals of the sheriffs' jury. Also, schedule of goods in the above messuage. Latin and English.
