The lease is now granted to them, both of the part of which they are tenants and of the rest, to the use of all the other tenants. The suit was painful and chargeable and by order of the Court of the Exchequer Chamber Rowland Owen who had an interest in part of the township is to have £40 by way of composition, to be paid equally by the tenants. Requests William Morris and Eliza Cadwallader to call the tenants together and according to the terms of their lease and a rate set down by Mr Baron Gent and Mr Auditor Hanbune of the tenancies to require them to contribute to the £40, those who refuse to appear before William Cecil next term.
