Signed, attested by Thos. Brock, Richard Barker his clerk, James Edwards his servant. Endorsed: "A Coppy of The last Will and Testament of Mrs. Fluitt of Holywell, Taken 24th Day of May, 1774" "Memorandum: Mrs. Fluitt Dyed 16th of May, was Buryed in the parish Church of Sgeifiog 21st May, 1774.".
