The account includes 'for 2 journeys about the parishes of the lower division with instructions concerning the erecting the Poorhouse in December 1819 by Sir Charles Morgan's order'. -- The account is continued, 1824-26, in Tredegar MSS 115, a former Monmouthshire estate collection book.
