Also included is a plygain carol, noted down [?19 cent., last ¼] (ff. 155-157 verso), and a letter, 1994, from Jon Meirion Jones to Dafydd Ifans at the National Library of Wales regarding Dafydd Jones (Isfoel), Cilie (ff. 149-150).

Mae'r farddoniaeth Gymraeg yn cynnwys tua phedwar deg tri o benillion telyn, ynghyd ag un englyn (f. 1) a hwiangerdd (f. 6 recto-verso); maent yn hysbys o ffynnonellau llawysgrif a phrintiedig eraill heblaw am dri, y rhai sy'n cychwyn 'Gwyn y fyd na fai gyn [?hawsed]' (f. 5), 'Mae gan i gariad yn y Werddon' (f. 5 verso) a 'Dacw dy a dacw dalcen' (f. 6), sydd heb eu canfod. Mae'r farddoniaeth Saesneg yn cynnwys penillion a dernynnau eraill o gerddi gan nifer o feirdd, gan fwyaf o'r unfed ganrif ar bymtheg a'r ail ganrif ar bymtheg, gan gynnwys Sir Charles Sedley (f. 22 verso), George Gascoigne (ff. 20 verso-21), Samuel Daniel (ff. 19 verso-20), Henry Willoughby (ff. 19 recto-verso) a Michael Drayton (f. 18 verso). = The Welsh poetry consists of some forty-three 'penillion telyn', along with a single englyn (f. 1) and a lullaby (ff. 6 recto-verso). These are known from other manuscript or printed sources with the exception of three, those beginning 'Gwyn y fyd na fai gyn [?hawsed]' (f. 5), 'Mae gan i gariad yn y Werddon' (f. 5 verso) and 'Dacw dy a dacw dalcen' (f. 6), which have not been traced. The English poetry consists of verses and fragments from the works of various poets, mostly of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, including Sir Charles Sedley (f. 22 verso), George Gascoigne (ff. 20 verso-21), Samuel Daniel (ff. 19 verso-20), Henry Willoughby (ff. 19 recto-verso) and Michael Drayton (f. 18 verso).
