Deeds relating to the Wynne family of Peniarth, Merioneth, for whom Williams Wynn of Wynnstay were trustees, comprising: a declaration of trust by William Watkin Edward Wynne to Jane Tattershall of a sum secured by mortgage on the Ystumcolwyn estate, 1846; a conveyance to Sir Watkin Williams Wynn and Charles Watkin Williams Wynn of an outstanding legal estate in hereditaments devised by the will of Watkin Williams of Penbedw, dec., 1871; and an analysis, 1881, showing the subsisting uses of Peniarth, Netherseal, Penbedw and Mallwyd estates comprised in a settlement of 1864.
