G. Hughes, Carmarthen, 1839 (requesting a valuation of timber on farms purchased by the writer), J. Also included in the group are a copy of a letter from D[avid] Davies to Morris Sayce, Kington, 1836 (comments on the terms of a lease); an undated draft letter from [David Davies] to [Sir David Davies?] ( the writer's opposition to an advance in the tithes of Talley); a statement, 1841, from Charles Bishop, Llandovery, to David Davies of the amount due from the latter for his proportion of the expense of tithe commutation in the parish of Llandilofawr, together with a receipt, 1842, for the same; and undated particulars of the tithe commutation of David Davies in respect of Talyfan and Mount in Llandilo[-fawr].
