Draft deed of exchange between the trustee of William Cornwallis West of Ruthin Castle and the trustees of the will of Sir Watkin Williams Wynn, Bart., of Teatham’s (Tathams) Farm [Ruabon] in exchange for Graig, Tanygraig and land in Llanynys, part of Plastre Ceiriog, Llansilin, and land in Llanarmon Dyffryn Ceiriog, 1875. Other related items include the conditions of sale of two cottages in Nant-y-Gwalia, Ruabon, 1859; a lease agreement by Sir Watkin Williams Wynn to Thomas Jenkins of Plasyward for a stone quarry at Llanynys, 1862; letters to Longueville and Co. from William Cornwallis West, Burd and Sons of Shrewsbury, Rowland Venables and others, referring also to Dolydd and Bryn Griffith, the game shooting at Tynyvedw wood near Llanarmon, Tatham brick works and the trade in lime in Denbighshire, 1870-1876; an account of legal charges by Burd and Sons, 1870; and traced plans, 1869-1870.
