Biographical history
Professor Thomas V. Davies (1916-1991) was Reader in Mathematics, King's College, London and Professor of Applied Mathematics, UCW Aberystwyth, and later taught at the University of Leicester. He researched the parishes of Gelligaer and Merthyr Tydfil, Glamorgan, for his historical work on the manor of Senghenydd Supra, entitled 'The farms and farmers of Senghenydd Supra prior to the Industrial Revolution'.

V. Davies, [c.1984]-1990; and typescripts of his lectures to history societies, 1988-1989.
