They include a notebook containing a survey of the Broniarth estate, [c. 1793]; an estimate, survey and particulars of parts of Abertanat, 1763, 1793-1794, and of lands exchanged by John Owen; a perambulation of Cemais sheepwalks, 1797, together with notes on the estate boundaries; and a valuation and list of maps of the Penrhos estate, 1824.
