Correspondence and papers, 1965-95, on specific subjects, mainly of political or legal interest. These include the British steel industry, defence, nuclear testing, leasehold reform, and the press. Several of the files concern the internal administration of the Labour Party, various bills and acts of parliament, and a few derive from John Morris's visits to foreign countries. There are also files on the general elections of February 1974, October 1974 and 1979, and on the European referendum of 1975.
