Leases and related papers relating to Slwch Camp, part of Sunny Bank Farm in the parish of Brecon St John the Evangelist, let to the War Department in 1884 for 21 years. The lease was renewed for seven years in 1905. The War Office retained Slwch Camp on a yearly basis from 1912 until c.1920. The site was sold to Mr Parry de Winton in 1922.
