Records of the Welsh Amateur Music Federation, 1963-2001, consisting mainly of correspondence, [c. 1970]-2001, between the Federation and various musical societies on matters of financial aid and membership fees, providing a valuable overview of a wide range of musical activities throughout Wales. It also contains correspondence with other arts organisations and bodies, both national and regional, copies of rules, constitutions and accounts of the various constituent societies as well as programmes, leaflets, posters and other printed ephemera, covering the period from 1963 to 2001. Several files contain papers relating specifically to the Federation's internal committees. Only one file relates to the Federation's own administration.
