There is a matter in variance depending in the town court of Rhuthun between Robert Owen's neighbour Robert Davies of the town and his uncle Ellissey ap Robert, William Maurice's neighbour. Because he heard that William Maurice has heretofore had the examination of the case, entreated both parties to refer the matter to him again, not doubting that he will make a better end than either of them can attain by law.
