The file contains abstracts of Roath building leases, numbered A-E, 1-717, dated 1850-1896, and including building plots in Cowper Street, Dryden Street, Milton Street, Newport Road, Shakespear Street, Southey Street and Wordsworth Street in Oakville, and in Agate Street, Cecil Street, Clifton Street, Comet Street, Constellation Street, Copper Road, Cycle Street, Diamond Street, Eclipse Street, Emerald Street, Garnet Street, Gold Street, Harold Street, Helen Street, Iron Street, John Street, Lead Street, Metal Street, Meteor Street, Moon Street, Orbit Street, Pearl Street, Planet Street, Platinum Street, Ruby Street, Sapphire Street, Silver Street, Star Street, Sun Street, System Street, Tin Street, Topaz Street and Zinc Street in Splottlands.
